Henrik Dissing

Henrik Dissing is Chief Advisor to the Lord Mayor on Climate Change for the City of Copenhagen.  In this capacity he is responsible for the City’s Climate Change Program.  Mr. Dissing also manages co-operation with the C40 Large Cities Climate Leadership Group, international partnerships and business activities.  Prior to his current position, Mr. Dissing was in charge of designing a new Business Development Program for the City of Copenhagen. 

Previously, Mr. Dissing led the Eastern Europe Field Project Program and the EU policies program at the World Wide Fund for Nature, as well as  facilitated the design and implementation of the Environmental Management System at the Danish State Railways. A Civil Engineer, Mr. Dissing holds an MSc in Public Planning and Urban Development.
